What Can You Expect When you call Rokela Development, Inc.
1.
During our initial call, we'll schedule an appointment for a trained technician to meet you at your home. The technician will count and measure every window you would like to have replaced or installed and identify the best material and brand to fit your home.
2.
Shortly after your windows are measured, your technician will contact you with a proposal for the work to be completed. Once accepted, we'll start the permitting process through the county and begin ordering your windows and sliding glass doors. Permitting can take 3-6 weeks and custom windows could take 6-8 weeks to be built and delivered.
3.
Upon acceptance of the permits and arrival of your windows at our warehouse, we will schedule the installation at your home.
4.
Our team will be sure to protect the floors, walls, furniture, and the rest of your home from dirt, dust, and debris. They will work diligently to remove your old windows and install the new windows in a timely fashion, ensuring that your home is watertight and clean at the end of every day.
5.
As soon as the last window or door is installed, we will call for an inspection from the County for the work that was completed. This is the last step in the process, and we aim to make it as quick and painless as possible.
